Community Summit 2025: A Defining Moment for AI in Dynamics 365 Business Central

Community Summit 2025 was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere in the Microsoft Business Applications community was full of energy and optimism. For Data Courage, it marked a key moment in our journey as more partners and customers began to embrace AI as an essential part of their work in Dynamics 365 Business Central.

For several years, our focus has been on helping finance teams move from static reports to interactive insights. At this year’s Summit, it became clear that the market is ready for that change. From our sessions to the conversations at our booth, interest in AI-powered analytics was stronger than ever.

The rise of data interactivity

A key theme that stood out this year was the growing shift toward data interactivity. AI is helping people work with their data directly, without needing to rely on complex reports or IT requests. Tools like AI Financial Intelligence and Chief Accountant Assistant are making it easier for users to understand their data and act on it immediately inside Business Central.

Throughout the week, partners and customers told us how much they value this hands-on approach. It gives finance professionals a new level of clarity and control, while freeing them to focus on strategic goals.

A shared vision for the future

More than 50,000 companies now run on Business Central, and investment in AI across the platform continues to expand. It was rewarding to see how closely this aligns with the vision we have been pursuing for many years.
